Inspired by the flora of Capri and the Riviera, the sands of the Côte d'Azur Beach and the blue hues of the Aegean, Oreya is an ode to the Mediterranean, located at The Capri Hotel in Southampton.  Culinaria Group principals Greg Grossman has transformed The Capri Hotel into a destination restaurant and pool club with elevated fare that can be enjoyed all day and night long.

With a focus on Mediterranean sensibilities, Grossman’s menu relies heavily on ingredients sourced from local farms and fisheries featuring a daily raw bar selection, shareable snacks and larger plates from the wood-burning grill and plancha. Shannon Stiggins, recently of Cosme in Manhattan, has created a seasonally-inspired cocktail list with a focus on bright and aromatic flavors, incorporating spirits and fruits of the Mediterranean.
